Who Can Use Our Services

You must be 18+ and legally able to enter contracts. You’re responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for following platform rules (Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, fansites, etc.).

What We Do

We help creators monetize, accelerate growth, and automate workflows, including: strategy, content production, social media management, fansite setup/management & chat, AI-assisted tools, brand partnerships, affiliate strategy, courses/classes, and consulting.

Payments & Revenue Models

We offer service-based fees and revenue-share arrangements. Specific rates, scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in your signed agreement or order form. You authorize us and our processors to charge applicable fees. Late payments may pause
services.

Your Responsibilities

● Provide timely content, approvals, and access required to deliver services.
● Ensure you own (or have rights to) content you supply.
● Follow applicable laws and platform policies.
● Maintain security of any accounts you share with us.

Intellectual Property

● Your IP: You keep ownership of your original content. You grant us a limited license to use it solely to perform the services.
● Our IP: Strategies, frameworks, creative concepts, tooling, and site content belong to Baddies Inc/Dreifty Retail Ltd. You may not copy, resell, or distribute them without written permission.
● AI-assisted outputs: When AI helps generate drafts or assets, final ownership and licensing follow your service agreement. Human oversight is included to align with your brand and quality standards.

AI Transparency

We use reputable AI tools to assist with ideation, drafting, scheduling, insights, and workflow automation. Humans supervise all outputs. Results vary by platform algorithms and market conditions; no specific growth, earnings, or timeline is guaranteed.

Acceptable Use

Don’t misuse our site or services (e.g., unlawful content, harassment, IP infringement, security breaches, spam). We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Affiliate & Partnership Disclaimer

Some links or recommendations may be affiliate partnerships. We may earn a commission if you purchase through them. We recommend tools and services we believe are valuable for creators.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to high standards but cannot guarantee specific results, reach, or revenue.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Baddies Inc/Dreifty Retail Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim arose.
